Health Guarantee
It is understood that Fall Mist Ranch is selling this puppy as a companion/pet and is NOT representing it as Breeding or "Show Quality", unless otherwise specified in writing.
If the puppy displays any indication of poor health within the first 10 days and your Vet deems it un-savable, we must be contacted and the puppy returned to us at the buyers' expense. At that time we would replace your puppy with the next available puppy of the same sex and breed.
Once a puppy leaves our premises it is under the buyers control and we are no longer responsible for any accidents or Veterinarian expenses. If treatment is rendered, it is at the buyers' expense.
Fall Mist Ranch also guarantees this puppy for 1 year from date of birth, to be free from hereditary defects which would seriously effect the quality of life. If your Vet finds any hereditary defects that would effect this puppy from serving as a companion/pet, or is life threatening, the buyer must notify us immediately. A written statement from the attending Veterinarian, all lab results, a detailed invoice of the treatment done, and in the event of death, an autopsy report must be sent to us before a replacement puppy will be sent from the next available litter. We also reserve the right to have the findings verified by our Veterinarian.
If you decide to have the puppy treated for the condition found, we will only be responsible for expenses up to the amount our Veterinarian would charge for the needed treatment. In the event that you choose to take care of the medical expenses for treatment of a hereditary defect found prior to one year of age, and keep the puppy, all Vet records and one stating that the puppy was spayed or neutered must be sent, before a replacement puppy of the same sex and breed will be sent out of our next available litter.
We require this puppy to continue on Nu Vet Plus Vitamins for one year from the date of purchase. This can only be purchased through NuVet and with the code # supplied by the breeder. It has been proven to boost the immune system, enhance coat and help with the prevention of hip and elbow DYSPLASIA. It can only be purchased through breeder recommendation and is not available in stores. If you choose not to continue with this regimen, then this health guarantee is null and void. No guarantees are made against accidents, mortality, hypo-glycemia or allergy problems. We can not guarantee adult size, color or temperament. Buyer must understand that Internal Parasites, Coccidia and Giardia are common in puppies. Even though treatment is done prior to shipment, they can show up from stress and a new environment. Also no refunds for buyers remorse or family disagreements.
A Licensed Veterinarian must examine this puppy with in the first 72 hours of arrival or the next business day or this guarantee is void. The bottom 1/2 of this guarantee must be filled out by you and your Veterinarian and returned and postmarked with in 7 days for this guarantee to remain valid.
