Fall Mist Ranch takes great pride in presenting our rare and wonderful Leonberger, originating in Germany and our Bernese Mountain Dogs from Switzerland. If you are not familiar with the Leonberger and Bernese Mountain dog, these are two absolutely
incredible breeds of dogs, you simply don't know what you are missing. As dog breeds go, the Leonberger (or "lean-on-bergers" as we call them) are excellent house pets and love children. These gentle giants are most content when they are with their human companion. With over 30 years raising various dog breeds, we have never encountered a breed as loving, kind, gentle and intelligent as the Leonberger. For more information about this magnificent rare breed, just click on the picture to the left. Please don't forget to visit our "Leo puppies for sale" page for updates.
We have always loved the beautiful markings of the Bernese Mountain Dog. Their three distinctive colors,
soft eyes and sweet personality won our hearts. We knew we wanted the "Traditional" large, majestic Bernese Mountain Dog and our dogs are just that, large and big boned, with strong European Lines, not the small Springer Spaniel size you are now accustomed to seeing here in the USA. The Bernese Mountain Dogs have added so much to our lives and the lives of all of those who have purchased one from us over the years. To learn more about the Bernese Mountain Dog and Bernese Mountain Dog puppies, just click on the picture to the left. Also, be sure to visit our Bernese Puppy page to see what puppies are for sale.
We are truly blessed to have the privilege of owning these two breeds of "Gentle Giants", the Leonberger and the Bernese Mountain Dog and are looking forward to passing on to you, our customer (and soon friends), the same opportunity to spend a lifetime with one of these incredible puppies.
